How Your Body Works is an excellent book for young children. The book has imaginary machines to show children how their body does most of its important jobs. It can be very helpful, for example, when children are afraid of the toilet because they do not understand what is going on inside them or have got stuck with toilet training.

The Toddler's Busy Book is full of ideas and activities to keep toddlers happy and busy. It is a great resource for parents helping them to plan interesting activities with their children.
Suitable for preschool children.

Confident Teens offers suggestions to parents on how to improve the self-esteem and social skills of teenagers helping them to be positive confident teenagers.

How to Deal with Your Acting Up Teenager offers suggestions to parents on how to improve communication with their teenagers and suggestions for every teenage behaviour experienced by parents. It's a great book for ideas.

Tears and Tantrums helps parents and carers understand what lies behind the tears and tantrums and what might be the most helpful strategy to follow.

Why Love Matters is recommended for parents of children 0 – 2 years as extra reading during our Developing Early Relationships Course. How love shapes a baby’s brain is discussed. Sue Gerhardt, the author, explains the new understanding of emotional life the importance of the first two years of a child’s life. This is the time when the social brain is shaped and the emotional style and emotional resources are established.

I Feel Angry is recommended to help young children understand the feeling of anger through humorous and inventive discriptions of this feeling including various solutions to try. Suitable for preschool children.

The Way I Feel is recommended to help parents have fun with their children while helping them to explore and understand the inner world of emotions i.e. silly, scared, happy, sad, angry excited and proud. Baby - preschool.

Know and Follow Rules is a book for 4-8 year olds. It is useful for helping children learn and understand rules. It covers simple reasons why we have rules to help us stay safe, learn, be fair and get along. The focus throughout is on the positive sense of pride that comes from learning to follow rules.
